Frequently asked questions

  • Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

I have Public Indemnity insurance and work together with other celebrants, so that, should I take ill or have an accident, I have other celebrants I am familiar with that could step in for me.

  • How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I organised my closest friends wedding when they were terminally ill. The Celebrant that conducted their ceremony did such a terrible job, that I was encouraged to change my profession, which I did. I then conducted his funeral 6 months later, which was an honour.
