The Changing Room Body and Mind is a well equipped, air conditioned Private Studio.What separates us from other Private Studios is that we also offer Body and Mind training by offering to our clients the powerful combination of hypnotherapy & NLP, life and Success coaching to Personal training . At the Changing Room Body and Mind we will help you to transform your Body & Mind to achieve powerful positive changes! There only 2 trainers and their clients on the floor at the same time, and our policy is "100 % focus on you"! We offer personalized one on one sessions where fitness programs are tailored to achieve each individual goals. We will work on sculpting your body and enhance your performance with a new or improved healthy eating habit to support your training. We will guide and support you through your journey, prescribing exercises programs for you to follow at your home or at the gym. If you have injuries you are at the right place, we will help you to improve your strength and monitor your improvement so you have a better life style.
