How do you normally charge for your service?
We charge an hourly rate of $55 inclusive of GST per person. This covers travel, materials, labor and taxes. If the job is an end-of-lease then we can give you a quote.
What makes your pricing competitive?
We believe that 'value delivered to the customer' is the most important metric, not price. If we all competed on price alone then it merely becomes a race to the bottom.
Are there any special offers you would like to offer to Oneflare customers?

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips
A great way for you to save money is to move items out of the way before we get to the premises. Move heavy furniture, things off the floor and off shelves where you can.
What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
We need to know your expectations as relates to detail, time and cost. If it's an end-of-lease we need some pictures.
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
Yes we are fully insured and are happy to provide a complete satisfaction guarantee. We will return to fix any issues you have at no cost to you.

What do you like most about your job?

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?
A new customer was moving into one of their properties. We did a move-in clean for her. At inspection she told us that she hired us because of our attentive customer service during the query stage. She then handed us her keys and we locked in a fortnightly clean for her.
How did you decide to get into your line of work?
We started out on an app as a side hobby/job. It quickly became something more meaningful and we both decided to pursue it full time to spend more time with each other.
Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?
We like to think that we specialize in getting our customers to smile! If you want a more serious answer then it has to be our teamwork.
