Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Accepted Answer

Yes I'm an insured business and my work does come with a guarantee. If you follow what I give you and put in the work then results are assured. If you only do drips and drabs here and there, you won't be successful and waive your right to a refund.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I've failed in life countless times, been homeless, failed 2 suicide attempts, mental health cost me relationships and countless jobs. Personal Training was the one place I felt like I belonged. So I set out to become the person that I needed most but never had, for other's going through what I did.

Had a 20yo female call me about coaching, said she didn't care the price just tell me how it can change her life. She said: "I've learnt more in 10mins on the phone with you than in a year following instagram celebrities... I'm in" - 10 minutes later she paid in full, started MBT 2 days later.

What do you like most about your job?

I get to affect change on a national level, which I never thought i'd be able to say. I work from home 90% of the time so I get to pat my dog on my lunch breaks! It's a lot easier to service a lot more people and provide a better service than conventional F2F with Online Coaching

"What's the cost?" - If that's the first question, you're already in the wrong mindset. Instead ask, "What can you do for me? What is the program about? Am I willing to invest in my Health & Fitness" Once you stop putting monetary value on your self-care, you start reaping the rewards of life.

It took me just over a year to fully develop the MBT Program before I even started taking online clients, The MBT is now my full-time job and it's since grown into this amazing program of members getting behind and supporting each other. I would have never believed it would be this big this quick.

I believe I'm one of, if not the, best holistic trainer's on the Peninsula and soon to be all of Australia. I value the client's results over making money. I created the MBT Program to focus on the mental health behind a life-changing program. Physical results are easy, mindset shifts are hard.

- What are the client's goals? - What have they tried in the past? - Why hasn't their health journey been successful thus far? - Are they willing and reday to put in the work to see change? - Are they ready to step out of their comfort zone? - Do they really WANT to change, if so why?

- Change your grocery shopping and limit your impulse buys - Bank statement for last 30 day's go through it and find out where pointless spending occured. - Limit take away food to one meal per week, Sunday night is the best night for this ;)

What makes your pricing competitive?

It's not designed to be competitive, whatever my 'competitors' want to charge that's their business. However I don't charge for time, I charge for results. This program is life-changing, and it has numerous results to back that up, the price is the price, with flexible payment options available.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Upfront payments are pretty popular, purely for a discounted price. But most of the time client's decide to do the finance options available as they see the program as an investment into never needing another coach again on completion of the program, and they start anywhere from $38/week.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

Mindset and Muscle Mastery. That's just a fancy way of saying that because of my own mental health issues, I've learned how to identify and help others with similar issues. I hate not knowing something, so I quickly made anatomy my obsession and there's not one single movement I can't teach.

I don't know if I am the right person, it all depends on what the client needs for if I'm the right person or not. If you want cheap physical results, I'm not your coach.  If you want a complete mindset and life-changing program and you know it's time to try something new. I'm your coach!
