I am insured and I guarantee my work. If anything is in any way not satisfactory I will return to rectify the issue. If it’s something I couldn’t do originally the customer will be notified.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I have always liked to have a clean house and when I needed work I decided to clean for other people. It started out as just a job but now is somewhat more.

I did a job for a lady who was very stressed due to many issues relating to her move. She only asked me to do certain things relating to the clean but I worked hard and made the whole house sparkle. The ladies delight was worth the effort.

The end result and the satisfaction it brings. Nothing is worse than someone who can’t be relied upon and lets you down and makes the whole experience harder than it should be. I am risk free and results orientated.

The customer should always ask about price and length of time. Try to ascertain if the person is there to make a quick dollar or there to do a good job.

Generally the questions relate to the bathroom and oven, usually regarding time and whether I can get it to standard. Sometimes it can’t be brought up to original standards but every effort will be made to ensure it will be as good as possible.

I know moving is difficult so I aim to make the cleaning as painless as possible but something to be proud of. I am proud of my work and can be relied upon to do this clean and hopefully the next clean for you also.

Effort and dedication to detail. I will not cut corners or do an inferior job in order to finish quickly. I keep my rate low so the time is available to complete the job in the best possible way.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

I need to know the level of cleaning and how easy/hard it is to access areas. Also I need to know surfaces and age of things within the house to ascertain what products I need.

Make sure house is empty and I have access to everywhere I need to clean. If the house is somewhat maintained and doesn’t require deep cleaning that’s always quicker although everything requires some form of attention. I understand life is busy and I am there to help and make life easier.

I offer a great service which will be competitively priced. If you can get a great service at a reasonable price why not? I take pride in my work and in satisfaction of the job.

What makes your pricing competitive?

The end product. My rate is cheaper than most which allows me to work a bit longer if required to ensure the job is done right. I certainly don’t consider myself a slower cleaner than others but just have a better attention to the finer details.

How do you normally charge for your service?

$25 p/h for general cleaning and $30 p/h for bond/end of lease cleaning. Bond/end of lease cleaning requires a lot more attention and products.

Attention to detail. The whole job needs to be perfect not just what is easily seen. Cleaning is not an easy job but if done right can be very satisfying.

I am a great cleaner who knows what a customer wants. I have completed Certificate 3 in Asset Maintenance to help my knowledge in the best cleaning methods.
