How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I was working for a big company and realised that I missed working directly with people.  I also saw a niche that needed to be filled as the web has taken over for customers finding businesses, and yet many businesses were unprepared and missing out on massive opportunities.  So I decided to step in.

A client should be asking the provider what is included in their service and how it meets their needs.  Will the website be easy to navigate?  Look professional?  Attract leads?  Does each webpage have a clear purpose? A good service provider will not just make a pretty design but will code the site for optimal SEO and function.

I am commonly asked about timeframes.  As we offer personal service we are able to get to the heart of the project quickly and can meet almost any deadline thrown at us.

I am a small business owner that thrives on helping other small businesses.  I am not a salesperson so most of my work is through word of mouth.  I rely on the quality of my work to encourage others so you can count on it being excellent!

We usually need to know what the business objectives.  What are they trying to achieve online - brand awareness, new customers or something else?  We also need to know the current website address if there is one.

Clients can save money by taking stock of the following: 1.  Why do they want the service?  Knowing the purpose will help us ensure the website, social media, etc are fit to serve. 2. Think about what you want it to look like?  If you are building a website then look at others that you like, think about key colors and the audience to which his is targeted.

My pricing is competitive because my services are designed to achieve targets.  Be it new leads, higher conversions, brand awareness or the like, our products and services do what they are meant to do so the value to the client is very high for the price charged.

We prefer to charge a flat fee for any service so that is completely clear what the costs will be upfront.  We will provide time estimates and a statement of work to clarify exactly what is to be provided.

We are primarily consultants which allow us to find the specific areas that a business needs to address in order to grow and improve.  We save clients money by only focusing on what is needed rather than doing something because every says you 'should'.   We also have a strong focus on web design.

My work as a Senior Project Manager for a top London firm provided me with the expertise to manage projects to deadlines and budget.  My marketing background allows me to offer more than just website design, but to ensure  any services provided fit together within a marketing plan and they function to purpose rather than simply looking pretty.  My web skills are high level and whether the work is done by myself or my team it is of exceptional quality and standard.
