Tree Mechanic quote was the highest of $1250. Other quotes i received were around $900. I accepted the higher quote as i needed the tree cut urgently. After tree was cut i asked for an invoice. The woman in charge replied that she will send the invoice as soon as i pay the full amount for the job. I did that straight away and i informed her that i paid and if she could send the invoice to me. At the same time i asked her if they have treated the tree as we have agreed. She said no and she said for me to do it myself. She came up with some lame excuse that she was not feeling well and she did not hear me say it. This was not true. We both clearly agreed the tree to be cut and treated. I soon realized that since I paid for the job there was no way she was going to do anything about my request. I tried desperately to at least get my invoice as i needed it for my tax return for my rental property. After a number of calls and text messages she simply refused to send me the invoice. Very unprofessional.Ann
