Who Owns The Website After Completion? You do. We provide you with a complete handover to manage and edit your website, we will simply manage your web hosting & offer ongoing support and maintenance for the life of the website.  Can I Use A Different Hosting Company? ​​We do not recommend this. Our host servers are connected with our Content Management System (CMS) so we cannot separate the hosting from our platform to allow for ongoing support. Our websites allow you to have access to self-editing 24/7 at no additional charge so it often works out far cheaper to use our service than other hosting companies.   How Long Will It Take For My Website To Go Live? Usually the length of time depends on each individual project. But on average, each website from start to completion will take between 3-4 weeks.   What If I'm Not Satisfied With The Design? If you are not happy with your demo site, we have an unlimited revision process to improve the website per your feedback. If you are still not happy after this, we offer a full money back guarantee at no risk to you.   Will My Website Be Secure? Of course! We offer a Privacy & Security Guarantee on every website build. 24/7 website security and data encryption software is the first thing we setup and configure before building your live site.   I Don't Like My Current Website, Can You Help? Yes we can, as part of our website redesign service. Keep your domain name and when your new website is up and running with us, you simply cancel your old website hosting.   Will My Website Work On Mobile Devices? Absolutely! Each website that we design and build is thoroughly tested for compatibility and usability across all devices and operating systems (Apple, Android, etc.) and popular web browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer, Opera, Microsoft Edge etc.).
