I was good with numbers at school and enjoyed accounting so I decided to continue increassing my knowledge and developing my skills all through university and professional recognition.  Accounting is a way I can help others using my skills, that results in the best possible outcome for the client.

What do I need to give you? We like to use the power of Xero and its App Marketplace to make collating and sharing paperwork easy. If old fashioned, we have checklists on our website that can be downloaded to assist them in collating the documentation required to have either financials for a tax return completed.

Our staff have memberships with various professional bodies such as the Institute of Public Accountants, and The Tax Institute. We are also Registered Tax Agents and hold an Advisor license with ASIC.

Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?

We are fully accredited Tax Agents, work mainly outside normal business hours and we come to you at a time & location that suits.  After initial meetings, much of the work can be completed using email and online (cloud) resources.  This saves time in that you don't have to stop working or miss out on family time to attend a meeting.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

1) Use a cloud Service such as Xero with a document app (Receipt Bank, Hubdoc...) 2) Visit our website and download our checklist to help you collect all the documents required. 3) Collate the documents into an orderly fashion (i.e. folder with appropriately named sections) 4) First time clients, provide a copy of your last lodged tax return.

What makes your pricing competitive?

We are not the cheapest nor the priciest, BUT at a minimum of $120/hour or for a basic tax return combined with the convenience of us coming to you we offer great value that gives you more time with the family or to run your business.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

Invoices are issued upon completion of job with payment terms of 7 days.  Pricing starts at $120 for Basic Tax Return, Consulting is charged at $65 per hour. (All inclusive of GST)

We specialise in using Xero to produce accurate Financials, BAS Return and Tax Returns in a timely manner for our Clients. Also have a keen interest in tracking Share Portfolios.

We are Registered Tax Agents, members of both the IPA and CPA, and hold a Limited Financial Services License issued by ASIC.  We have been working in Public Practice since 2011.
