Clarify what the problem is for example. The hot water service is leaking from the bottom of the tank! This would tell us that the unit has burst, hence you need a new unit.   If you want your plumbing emergency, please try to make it between 7am to 6pm to reduce your after hour fee.  Have a clear and reasonable budget. There is no point to quote you to replace a hot water service if your budget is $50 dollars.
