Yes, we have current public liability, workers compensation and comprehensive cover for all of our trucks. If you're not satisfied with the outcome of our work, we will come back and make it right!

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I joined my Father in this business back in 1991. He started the business in 1975. I saw an opportunity to grow the business and never looked back!

We go to different places and handle many interesting things. Sometimes we'll be working from the 18th floor of a tower in the City, next we'll be hauling green waste from a backyard in the suburbs. This keeps the day varied and interesting for our teams. There is no boredom when you work with us!

One of the most common questions is where does all the stuff go? We have over 25 different drop off points around town and now we also have a store where some items are sold dirt cheap to people in need.

The volume and type of materiel to be removed. The suburb that the job is located in. The location that the items have been assembled on the property.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Oragnise everything you need removed into one area. Avoid including any inert waste like bricks, rubble, sand or concrete. We can remove it but it is costly! Put the items in a location that we can back a small truck up to.

What makes your pricing competitive?

When you compare working with us to hiring a bin or trailer, we are competitive once you factor in the cost to hire the bin, or dispose the waste plus the cost of your own labour ($25/hr??). When you work with us, all you have to do is point at the rubbish and we will remove it!

How do you normally charge for your service?

Pricing for our jobs is subject to a site inspection. When you contact us we will work with you to provide a cost estimate based on what you describe is to be removed. Once we arrive on site we will show you the rates and offer an exact price for your approval.
