Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Yes i am insured against collision and have public liability insurance. I personally guarantee all my work. I also have transit insurance but would recommend contacting your insurance company if you have any specialty items or concerns.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Initially by chance i got into this industry.After a few years i managed to move up the ladder but found i was not satisfied driving a desk so decided to get myself a truck,and the day to day rewards are much more satisfying.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

Many i could mention,but recently i did an interstate delivery(ex nsw) for a single mother who couldn't be available at delivery but left me the keys to the property. She called me when she got home to express her happiness that not only had we placed all the furniture in correct location but she was so excited that all her beds had been put together.Getting acknowledged for a good job is very rewarding.

What do you like most about your job?

I get to meet different people everyday of the week,some downsizing,others upgrading,some new to the state,some new to the country,but everyone beginning a new chapter in there lives.I hope to make the start of that a pleasant experience.

Most clients first concern is"will it all fit?". They are usually concerned about how much they have, at which point they need to be re-assured that they have been quoted correctly, or advised as soon as possible if any extra charges will be incurred.

Honesty and integrity are key ingredients in an industry where relocating a person or a family means that they are trusting you with everything that they own.I am happy to give others confidence in my ability.

There are many good removalists in this industry and there are may good painters in home maintenance but not everybody can paint a"mona lisa". I consider myself an artist of my trade and am happy for you to sit back while i paint the picture!

To provide an accurate quote i need to be aware of all the clients requirements,do they need boxes packed/unpacked,time and day of service required,access to property(street parking/laneway),single story dwelling or more,furniture dismantling/assembly.

Preparation is the key! Making sure that all your boxes have been packed and you are ready to go.Sourcing removal cartons is very helpful.Also dismantling of beds or any unusually large items.It would be best to discuss further with the service provider.

What makes your pricing competitive?

In regards to local(intra state)removals i believe my pricing to be fair for an excellent service provided.For interstate relocations my pricing will be fair as i don't have the overheads of larger company's but can still offer full door to door services.

My services can be charged at fixed or hourly rate.In some circumstances a site inspection may be required(at no charge) to fully understand the clients requirements.

I believe communication is very important between the client and service provider,as relocating can be a very stressful time for the client,assuring them of your timeliness is most important.

I have been in the industry for twenty years,there is no job to big or too small,i have served thousands ,of clients over the years,i believe my experience with many people of different cultures helps me to understand the clients needs.
