Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

We are fully insured through Allianz, this includes public liability, coverage for pick up and drop off of vehicles and more.  We also fully guarantee our work, if it isn't done right the first time we will come and fix it free of charge. If you still aren't happy, don't pay a cent.

"Can you talk me through the process?" "Do you use any fillers?" - These are products that will mask paint imperfections and then wash out, meaning you don't have a permanent result.

"How long will the results last?"  This all depends on your maintenance routine! Correct maintenance can mean you never have to have the service repeated. Bad maintenance can undo all that hard work very quickly.

The year/make/model of the vehicle. If you have issues with your paintwork then photos would be great. Also your budget/expectations.

Look after your car in the first place! (I.e. wax it every few months). Be clear on your expectations when discussing a package. Let us know everything we need to know before you arrive (i.e. don't just book a basic interior detail then turn up with a car full of vomit....)

Our products and processes. Whilst there are cheaper options out there, no-one can compete when you take into account the quality products and processes used.  We don't take shortcuts, our packages are designed to provide results which last.

We have some pre-designed packages but mostly design a package specifically to suit a customer's needs. We then set a price and that is the price, if it takes us longer than expected then there is no extra charge.

We are specialists in all aspects of paint correction (a.k.a Cut and Polish) and protection. With in depth knowledge of various paint structures we understand how and why certain techniques work rather than just "hitting it with a buff".
