  I found Uptal through a google search, due to my old accountant stuffing me around and delaying my BAS lodgement by 8 months and my personal tax returns. Utpal was able to fix all the outstanding issues and lodgement within the first week and now been almost 2 years with utpal, and I can't fault the service provided by TNF.   We notified you on 22/12/2023 by email that we will not be able to serve you in future because of re-structuring our practice . As of 22/12/2023 all your tax and accounting matter was up to date and next tax office obligation is due by 28/02/2024. You paid our fees for the job that has been done. You did not pay any upfront fees and your next tax office obligation is due by 28/02/2024 . Why are you complaining about?
