Total Creative Constructions is an award winning HIA member and certified GreenSmart builder. We are a member of the QBCC and adhere to all guidelines including a structural guarantee of 6.5 years and provide a 12 month maintenance checkup. We are fully insured including contract works and product and public liability.

We provide our clients with an online portal where you can view schedules, daily updates, pictures and budget information. We are passionate about building quality homes and enforce control checklists for our trades and our Director undertakes weekly onsite quality control inspections.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

1. Be clear about what you actually want to include , therefore avoiding costly upgrades later on 2. If you are building a new home on a recently purchased block of land make sure you are 100% clear of the boundaries. 3. Get a soil test on your block.

Are there any special offers you would like to offer to Oneflare customers?

We offer a 1% referral system where you can earn 1% of the contract price (excluding GST) up to the value of $10,000. Note: must be a minimum contract value of $250,000.

We have taken the time to negotiate with our suppliers some very competitive buying power , we then pass these savings onto our clients.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

Initially through a preliminary deposit depending on the type of build and is governed by information we require to obtain costs until certain reports are performed. Ultimately it will be a fixed priced contract. Some projects however will be on a cost plus contract .

Total Creative Constructions specialise in custom built new homes. We enjoy taking our clients from the initial phone call, through the design and construction phase to the handover. We take the time to find out what you really want from your new home and deliver it - You Dream it, We Create it!

Our Director Dave has 35 years experience in building new homes. Dave is a qualified Carpenter and Joiner and holds a Certificate 4 in Building and Construction. He also holds a Certificate 4 in Business and Small Business Management.
