we are fully insured and licensed and guarantee ALL OUR WORK FOR 5 YEARS i cannot emphasis how important it is that you always use a licensed plumber and always check their credentials,we don't mind being asked for our I.D.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

i came into this line of work because my family are all plumbers and it was a natural thing to go and work for the family in London,after a period i realised i wanted to work for myself and i set up my own company

To many to mention but there was one where i was called out to an old girl in the U.K. in the height of winter to repair her heating,anyway i did the job she paid me with a cheque and gave me an envelope telling me there was a good drink in there for me but don't open it yet as she would be embarrassed,so i got back into my van and opened it to find 2 TEABAGS IN IT!!! great sense of humour lol

the satisfaction of resolving peoples problems and also as i am a family man it is nice to spend time with my young family and enjoy them aswell,it has also taken me round the world and shown me some fantastic places

what is the cost of your labour? if there are any variations i want to know before you do them.And also like anything trust your gut instinct and if they seem trustworthy and friendly give them a go!

why do plumbers cost so much?Well there is no short answer to this and i could harp on but the long and short of it is,plumbers liability insurance,work cover,training,plumbing license,tools,vehicle,fuel maintenance etc etc my job doesn't stop when i leave your house it is all the behind the scenes admin also that has to be paid for.

because i treat every job as if i were doing it for my parents,and i take a lot of pride in what i do and want to be known as the best plumber there was.I also like the sense of satisfaction when i know someone is happy with what i have done for them,its worth more than money!!

Because we offer a good service at a fair price with good old fashioned values,we are not like many other companies who try to scare the client into spending their money we will take the time to explain the situation and what needs to be done

1 Have a clear idea of what you want  2 BE REALISTIC WITH YOUR BUDGET!we are good but not even we can work miracles. 3 Make sure you keep the tea/coffee coming. "you will always get a good price if ya nice"

it all depends and we can arrange this with the client when they contact us,don't be afraid to ask or talk money with us and we are always willing to break down the bill and explain that to you if your still not sure.

yes we specialise in hydronic,back flow prevention and also sewer repairs and installation.but we do cover all aspects of plumbing be it general or mechanical,maintenance or installation.

we are highly trained to the current levels in Victoria and Australia but we do undertake a continual training program within the P.I.C.A.C. training centre to ensure we are up to date with legislation.
