  Did not arrive at the time agreed with the owner, and 20 minutes after the scheduled arrival time I received a text message to advise they would be another 30 minutes. Between pick up and drop off at the new location a key screw was lost from an item of furniture which meant it couldn't be reassembled. The immediate response was 'you will have to purchase the item and assemble it yourself'. This was not acceptable, and I made it clear at the start of the job that I was paying them to do this as I couldn't do it myself due to a health condition. They did rectify this but only after I had to firmly insist again that I wasn't physically able to, and they needed to complete the job that I was paying them for. Although they didn't charge for the time taken to rectify this mistake, the day finished a lot later than it should have. Since reorganising some of my furniture I have also seen scratches, markings on some items and tears on my very new leather couches which can't be rectified. Yes, they are cheaper than other companies, but I wasn't very happy with the response I got for the mistake they made and now seeing some of the furniture that can't be rectified.

  We have just had Best Movers in today and they were excellent. Everything was moved with care and attention to detail in terms of what cords go together etc. The guys that came were lovely and helped keep things in order for us. It was fast and efficient, and we were glad not to have to move anything ourselves. Very Happy :)

  The Manager SP was very quick to respond to a request for a quote and since the job was urgent, he was able to arrange for 2 of his men to come to do the removal on that same day. Great service! The two guys who showed up in Nishu and Manon were very friendly and very helpful. Importantly, they were very careful and took care in the removal. It was a tough job with stairs involved, but they did the job willingly. Highly recommended!
