  I drained my entire big pool just to get the job done properly, but the workmanship delivered was completely unacceptable. The old adhesive was not removed, the surface wasn’t cleaned, and many tiles were installed crooked, uneven, sticking out, and several even sounded hollow when tapped — clearly showing they weren’t bonded properly at all. I called him to complain, and Paul promised to come and fix the issues, but based on the extremely poor quality of the original work, I no longer trusted him to touch my pool again. I ended up hiring another professional to remove everything and redo the whole area, which cost me even more time and money. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend this business to anyone. If you value proper workmanship and professionalism, look elsewhere.

  Paul and the team were great. A few little hiccups along the way but nothing that wasn't sorted quickly. Paul is helpful and friendly and the tilers attention to detail was excellent - the best I've seen. I'd happily recommend them to anyone.
