Hey Guys, my name is Trevor, Ive been a gym/exercise enthusiast for 15 years and have been a personal training operating out of Commercial gyms for 7years. Over this time I have trained 100's of clients, turning them into the best versions of themselves.
I've completed various industry courses, including FMA: Strength, Level 1 & 2 Boxing, Kettlebells, Nutrition Courses, TRX etc I love it all.
I think the best thing you'll find about training with me, is Im very easy to get along with, I'll challenge you within reason and I make the sessions very fun and enjoyable.
