  Being a sole trader I can keep costs low as I realise that times are tough financially. Health and fitness is often the thing that suffers most in these situations so unwanted to make training affordable for everyone.

• How do you normally charge for your service?

  As a small business I do not have eftpos facilities yet, so cash is the preferred method of payment. I will provide a receipt for health insurance purposes if your fund covers you.
