Our people all carry Public Liability insurance to the value of $10 million which is peace of mind in the unlikely event that something is damaged through our negligence. Of course our aim is to do the job right first time however if we miss something that should have been done we will be back there pronto to take care of it

the owners of United have always had a passion for providing the highest standard of customer service and enjoyed building bteams of great people. previously this was done as employees of larger organisations and owinging United has enabled them to put their personal mark on what has been traditionally a trade that has lacked the professional approach to customer service that it deserved

'One of the more difficult services provided by Relocation companies is the provision of house cleans for clients. The "difficulty" has been an absence of reliable people in the cleaning business with a "can do" attitude to services. In desperation I contacted United Home Services. A couple of meetings followed, details were ironed out and I am delighted to say United has been providing the service now for some years. The "can do" attitude I first sought is still very much part of the United Service'

United and it's people are proud of the standard of cleaning that we seek to achieve with every clean. we know that people lead very busy lives - it's not about 'affording a cleaner' it's all about giving ourselves and our families time to enjoy doing the things that are more important

Do you have Public Liability Insurance? Are your cleaners Reference Checked? Do they have a National Police Certificate? Do you use my cleaner products and equipment or yours? Will I always get the same cleaner on the same day at the same time?

Do we use our own products? yes Are your products are environmentally friendly? yes .. most a re Cirus based however we also have stronger products for the very difficult problems Is it the same cleaner that comes each week/fortnight? Absolutely .. same cleaner same day same time on each occasion

United has been in business since 1995 ... that's 17 years of cleaning peoples homes and offices - that doesn't happen unless you seek to consistenly provide above average reponse to customers requests. We insist of all our people being reference checked and have a National Police Certificate that is always less than 3 years old

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

we need to know the 'make-up' of your home: Single or 2 Storey, Unit or Townhouse etc  Number of bedrooms, full bathrooms, ensuite bathrooms, Living rooms, and so on.  Do you need the Oven cleaned on the inside.  Are there any Mirrored wardrobes? Do any Windows or Glass Doors need cleaning Do you require any Carpets to be Steam Cleaned (we vacuum as a part of normal procedures however you may want the carpets given that extra care.

If you want to make sure that the job is done to the highest standard make sure you pick up the kids toys, dirty clothes and miscellaneous items so that the cleaner can ensure all surfaces are cleaned thoroughly

United is not necessarily the 'cheapest' however we all know that we get what we pay for.  United provides high quality services at a competitve prices.  If you want a 'cheap' job united is not the company for you

In most situations United will give you a fixed quote for your job.  Have you ever thought about how much time someone takes if they are paid by the hour? It really is not in their interests to go too quickly is it !  Sometimes we are reqwuetsed to provide an hourly rate (for Occuptional Therapist/Insurance Companies) which is fine.

Whilst United has years of expereince in looking after the Regular cleaning of peopleshome and offices United also has extensive expereince in areas such as Vacate cleans, Bond cleans, Rental Inspection cleans. United also undertakes work on behalf of Occupational Therapists who are assisting people in their recovery after an accident - United bills Insurance companies direct

United people have either gone through our own inhouse training process or come into United having proved they have the necessary expereince - we only hire expereinced people and check their references before giving them their first job with us
