Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Yes we are, we have our Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance in place. We adhere to the requirement of the Tax Practitioners Board regarding any insurance requirement.  All work is completed with due care and diligence.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

From school, when I sold candies to fellow schoolmate and made a profit out of it, I never looked back. To university, thinking accounting degree was so boring. And to the joy of client meetings with a drink and a laugh.

We assisted a client from being in liquidation to having a successfully business (close a million dollars turnover). We have regular meetings with this client whilst we discuss business, during our meeting we also enjoy a drink (beer in this case) and have a laugh.

From the first meeting, to the client achieving the desired goal (this could be few years later) and being part of that journey.  Client meetings where it is not all about the business but also the personal side of the business owner.

We will meet to understand what is required and what the client wants to achieve.  Information required would be - to verify their identity, such as driver's license (new clients only)  - details of work required - prior years tax returns - accounting software (if any) - other paperwork

There are simple way that a client could save on fee quotes: - information provided is organised - having their bookkeeping service in-house with us (this creates efficiencies) - use a cloud based accounting software (we could advise on this)

We are  not the cheapest but for the level of services we offer and the flexible approach in quoting, our fees are very competitive.  We even take the time to visit you at your offices with no additional cost, this is our way of better understanding your business.

Our billing is either fixed fee or time based billing. Usually we discuss with our clients and agree on a fee quote that both meets the clients budged and out time costs. We are proud to say that to date we have not refused any reasonable fee quote proposed by our clients.
