Vaudio Services has many favourite customer stories to share. We have seen it all and over many years. We look back and laugh at some of the silly things we have seen done by others that we have been engaged for to rectify, however the best story is when we receive a thank you and a follow up call saying we are required for further work. All our customers are favourites!

The ability to offer a product combined with a service and having the opportunity to engage with people to create a result that often changes situations and sometimes lives. Audio Visual often brings people closer and allows events to happen that were never thought possible.

While most service professionals are not a phone help line, the customer should provide an overview of their requirements and they will be able to gauge during a conversation if they have the correct person for the task offered.

Can it be fixed now! - We endeavour to rectify issues for repairs as fast as possible. We try to evaluate the repairs or rectification straight away so we can all set a plan in place to action. We offer out of hours support and service to accommodate critcle situations.

General description of the fault, the equipment we are discussing. With projectors and the like access information is valuable for the technician to be able to perform work for you. We will ask the required questions upon the initial discussions.

Have a plan in place and don't be up sold by box sellers into items they don't need. Engage with Vaudio Services and discuss options, there is always more then one option and we are happy to take the time to discuss with the client. Be open to ideas, sometimes we see projects that could be a lot better performed, listen to the advice offered as in most cases its based on previous experiences done by others.

Our aim is to look after the client and ensure they become part of the Vaudio Services family, we also work in with manufactures and suppliers closely to ensure that we are not only offering great products with fantastic pricing but we are able to support the products ongoing. We are not in the business of pushing boxes out the door.

Depending on the scope of work, we offer a fixed estimate or an hourly rate. We carefully evaulate each task and discuss the options with the client to provide information on any possible hidden problems that may arise.
