  I have been seeing Geoff now for over 5 years, transferring from another chiropractor who had retired. When I first visited I was in poor shape presenting with lower back problems and poor form brought about by my hockey and work life. Within a month Geoff had me up and going and feeling well again. Not only did I find his different manipulation manoeuvres working for me he also was very good in providing me with exercises I used which enabled me to strengthen my core. Have never looked back!

  My first visit to Dr Geoff at Vitality Chiropractic was about 13 years ago and I presented with lower back pain that made me so uncomfortable that getting in and out of the car made me feel like crying. Medication, rest, heat packs ... nothing helped. I was sent for a full skeletal Xray and then treatment began. Dr Geoff's gentle, reassuring touch and manner had me trusting him instantly with my life and spine. I continue to visit Vitality Chiropractic regularly to keep on top of my health and if I have any issues/concerns/flare ups , they are dealt with promptly. I love and trust the team at Vitality Chiropractic because they are friendly, caring and professional. You are always greeted with a smile and "Hello ......., How are you?...."

  I can still remember at age 15 the back pain as I lay on my side on the chiro couch at my friend's house, his dad (a chiro) putting the palm of his hand right on the spot, the firm pressure and BANG the relief as my back realigned- I could run again. I won the state titles that year due to Chiro!
