I have public liability insurance and all my work is guaranteed. That's why it's essential to have good communication with the client, understand the brief and have transparency on the process and steps involved.

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

I listen to the client and provide advice on best practices, give ideas for the job and discuss the requirements. I'm never going to push different services, options or packages in order to make more money. I'll charge a fair price and will make sure the job fulfils the client's needs.

I provide professional service and will deliver the best images with fast turnaround. No hidden or additional charges for file formats, delivery options, minor adjustments. I will never try to push unnecessary services or packages to increase the price. I am very easy going and will listen to the client and discuss their needs and ideas before starting the job.

Type of image required, number of photos, final use and technical requirements. Depending on the type of job, additional information will be necessary, like number of people, type of product, material it's made of, set up ideas and delivery date.

Knowing the exact needs for the job is crucial. Try to get as much information as possible, including the number of photos required, positioning and technical requirements for the final files. It's also a good idea to create a mood board with similar images you like.

What makes your pricing competitive?

I am certainly not the cheapest photographer around, however, the quality of my work will make up for the difference in price. I'm flexible with the arrangements and only deliver finished works, optimised to your needs, be it for web, print, you name it.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Charges can be per image delivered or a package, depending the size and urgency of the job. I normally don't charge by the hour, unless required, so I can deliver the best work without having to rush the job.

Lighting for products. When every aspect of the product needs to be well defined, the type of material emphasised (glossy, shiny, matte, transparent, metallic), I'm the man for the job. All my images have technical excellence.

I have over 15 years' experience in photographing and teaching commercial and documentary photography, received a number of awards for my documentary projects and have a masters degree in documentary photography from the University of Sydney.
