  Price quoted was $110.00 per hour plus $55.00 call out fee. The movers were in attendance for 5.5 hours in total (initial call at 12:00 arrived at 12:30 and left at 18:00) which would make a charge of $605, I was charged a total of $909.47 The movers were careless in moving furniture including white fabric items that were dragged across the ground, I have twice requested a response from Ozzie Movers and to date not had a reply or explanation of the additional charges.

  The guys that moved me were good it is the staff from there office that I have a problem with I was quoted $110.00 per hour with a $50.00 call out fee thats ok but I had alread given them a $200.00 deposit that same day my account was bebited another $650.00 they guys were here for a total of 6 hours according to them I feel it should have cost me $510.00 will not be going through them again

  The removalist labours from Ozziee Movers have done a very good job, so patient and hard working. But the call centre dragged the whole performance down to only 1 star from me. Absolutely no customer service skills. Extremely rude. Eating food while talking on the phone. 3 times hanged up the phone on me while I was talking. Raised their voice on me and never let me finish a complete sentence. So much stress and anxiety they gave me on moving day. Make sure you don’t give your card details to them. Make sure you don’t trust their estimate before the job starts. Almost pay half of their estimate until the job is finished. They tell you they are gonna give you back the excess but it’s an absolute fraud. BTW they do not a cleaning company. Make sure you don’t say yes to them when they ask if you need cleaners as well.

  Will never use again. The night before the removal, she rang to say they will send us an extra person for $30p/h. We repeatedly said we did not need another person as everything was prepacked so JUST a 3-hour maximum job. She persisted we pay for this extra man as they would be too tired at the end of the day. so, another charge of 3 hours of $122. They packed & took load to new destination (storage) under 2 hours. Leaving behind the outdoor furniture, which was listed on the inventory, & a TV in the driveway. Not only did we have to pay extra for a 3rd person that we did not need but were charged the full 3 hours when we knew it would be a 2 to 2.5 hour job. Would not recommend Ozziee movers to anybody. Total rip off
