  She was a available at short notice for a booking and came on a Saturday which was great. Was good to have her come to us. Ailsa was friendly and polite. The only unfortunate part was after the groom she told me it would be much more than she quoted which surprised me as went from $95 to $150 but had taken the same time as told in the quote. I realised only realised the time element afterwards or I would I queried it further. Overall however it was good to have the dogs groomed and at such short notice.

  I am very much a doggie person and care about the well being of the dog and take particular care and time, rather than rush through a job. Using quality products designed for your dogs coat and skin. I don't overbook and love grooming.

• What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

  I have had a lot of experience with all dog breeds and I am very calm and patient having a nursing background. I am honest and caring and will look after any anxiety your dog may feel.
