We are fully insured with up to date Public Liability and Workers Compensation Insurance.  As we are licenced contractors we guarantee our work as required by Fair Trading NSW.

Questions like, what material or colour to use, how long will the job take to do, how much will the job cost are the most common.  Like all questions you answer them honestly and if you do not know the answer you say that is the case

We believe in honesty in business and delivering what we promise.  We turn up when we say we are going to and if their is any problems or issues we speak to the customer immediately.  Communication is the key.

We take pride in our workmanship, and are courteous and respectful to not only our clients but their property as well.

A complete and full understanding of what work the customer requires, including surfaces to be painted and their condition, material to be used, time frame of job, access to areas and any special circumstances.

The best tips I can offer are to clear the work areas as best you can by removing furniture and cleaning, as this saves us time and you money.   Also have a clear vision of what work you want done, as changes can be costly.

It is up to the client. They can pay either over the internet via EFT or Cash when the job is completed.
