How did you decide to get into your line of work?

At the age of 15 my grandfather told me to be a plumber and school got me a 2week work experience with a company. After the 2 weeks the company offered me an apprenticeship and after school I took them up on the offer and had a dream to start my own business and put the trust back in the trade

We had a call from a nursing home at 1am on a Saturday with a burst water main. We arrived and started fixing the problem when a neighbour came over, he assumed we were burglars due to the time . After he realised he said "there wouldn't be many people come out at this hour can I have a card to keep

We are in the business of helping people in their time of need and enjoy meeting new people every day and seeing their faces when we solve their problem, transform the house, bathroom or kitchen into their dream they always wanted.

Q.How much to unblock a sink/toilet/bathroom. A. Unfortunately in the nature of our business we can't tell how long a blockage will take 2minutes 30mins 2hours every one is differnt and has it's own problem whether it's tree roots or too much paper.

We always book our jobs in with a 2 hour window and message our clients at least 30minutes before arrival  . We understand that our clients have jobs too and have to take time out to meet our plumbers so where possible we go the extra mile with our customers to fit into their schedule.

With jobs that are simply we can give a estimated quote online. Other larger size jobs we can inspect and give a free quote.  With blockages we can never tell the extent of the problem and therefore we charge per hour on site.
