Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

We are insured and we do guarantee our work.  What's even better about us is that we are happy to take the risk out of working with us.  It's this simple, we won't take on a job that is outside of our scope.  If we do take it on we'll work with you and give you reassurance and seek permissions at every stage of the process so that we can make sure that we are all on the same page.  This way you won't end up with something that you didn't want and will be overjoyed at how flexible, practical and professional we were, while respecting your brief and budget.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Accepted Answer

I always had a camera strapped around my neck as a child.  My dyslexia put me off of words and numbers, so I would always be out taking pictures, sketching and doodling designs.  I put all of these skill to use in later life by creating logos, coming up with graphic designs, websites, photos, you name it.  We are also very physical, making things work in a way that the photographer with the big gut doesn't have the urge to do.  I have worked for myself for the past twenty-years and now I just couldn't imagine working for anybody else.  We are all for working with other great professionals, as we know that working together means that we can pick and choose as the need arises, keeping us free of being stuck with the same dynamic and therefore the same output.  We always have a new idea on the boil, so that gives us the ability to give it a whirl.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

You can take the perfect technical photo, well lit, the right angle, perfectly exposed, etc, but unless there is a genuine expression, unless you show something in a way that makes people's eyes peel back and go, 'Wow!', it is a bit of a let down and won't tick all of the boxes.  Many times we have shown clients our photos and whether they are for a fitness website or a shoe store, we always apply our insight and creativity to give photo a life of its own.  Our favourite clients are the ones who love our work and can't wait to work alongside us again!

What do you like most about your job?

I get to create and express myself through what I do.  I don't want money, I don't hunger for recognition, I am and artist and I love to be able to make an impact that will help to get your vision into people's minds.  You can't be backward in moving forward so we are always open to new ideas, fresh concepts and working with new people.

'Can you do it as I want?'  Second to this, 'What do you think?'  People with experience know how to skin a cat.  They also know some hidden treasures that they can apply outside of the box to achieve a feel for a project that others may not be able to provide.  Working together is key for everything.  Moving swiftly forward, applying our craftsmanship to give you the best possible outcome.

What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?

The most common question is 'Can you...'  The answer is usually 'Yes' once we have fleshed it all out and made sure that we understand each other.  We are creative types, not intellectuals.  We have the urge to create and produce, which means that we can't help but to the best for you and your business.  We're not corporate or run by accountants.  This way our natural, creative juices are always flowing and are fuelled by exciting projects that make us tick.

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

Hmmm.  We don't use that phrase.  'Trust' is so abused that it no longer really means anything.  Instead, we prefer to work with you and get the job done, building on our reputation for genuine cooperation, creativity and accomplishment in the industry.  You don't have to trust us, you just have to trust yourself to make the right choice and know that we are accountable for what we do, if you don't like it, you don't pay.  It's that simple.  We want to work with you going forward, and the only way we can do that is if we do what we agree to do, right?

Because to us you are a blank piece of paper.  We start from the bottom and work our way up, taking into consideration everything you need.  We don't have a one-size-fits-all approach to business.  Our passion is effervescent and it shows in what we do.

All we need to know are the following  1) specific objectives (marketing, style, etc.) 2) timeframes (by when, how long, etc.) 3) outcomes expected (when is the project complete) 4) budget (what you want us to work with)

1) Create a mood board 2) Complete a creative brief 3) Have a good idea what it is you want your photos/project to get across  If you have a big idea, go with that.  Say exactly what you want and don't veer away from your core message.

We are not competitive.  Clients don't come to us because we are the cheapest.  We put our heart and soul into every venture that we undertake.   If we're not the crew for you, we won't waste your time.  We play it straight and get the job done as you want, if not better!

Everybody is different.  We're not greedy, so we can work with you to find what it is you need and work from there.  It's all an open book, right?  Doing the best job is more important than charging too much.

We specialise in product photography and 360º product animation.  We are also very good with the everyday needs of photography, such as portraiture, fashion, architecture and videography.

We are not qualified.  We are insured, but our main point of difference comes from experience and a kick-ass attitude that makes us a force to be reckoned with!  Our team is dedicated and nobody who works with us is here to pay the bills.  We create because we have to and we know that our outlook is unlike any of the commercially driven people out there.
