When I was looking for a new business I found that cleaning cars was one of my passions. I used to spend hours on my cars, now I get paid to do my magic on my clients cars.

My favourite story is when the customer has hired us to detail their car to sell and when they see it after we have spent a few hours on it, they don't want to sell it any more. We make their car like they remember it when it was new.

Do we just clean cars or do we specialise in detailing? Yes we do "just clean cars", lots of them. We have over 200 regular clients with cars from Hyundai to Ferrari and Aston Martins. Do we do Paint Protection. Yes we do, we specialise in the new generation Crystal Serum Paint sealant.

I have owned my car detailing business since 2010 and have a passion for customer satisfaction and for cars. My reason for going into the detailing industry was that when I went out to wash the car, I'd be out there for several hours.

We need to know what car we will be working on. How dirty it is? Does it have spills on the carpet and upholstery? Is there pet hair or sand in it? Has it got tar or sap on the paint? Have you removed all the personal items and rubbish?

Never use a scourer on your car. You can save our time and your money by not letting the kids bring sand into the car at the beach. Avoid parking under gum trees as they drop sap all over your car. Remove bird poo and insect splatter from your paint work as soon as possible to avoid the nasty acids eating into your clear coat.
