  Thank you Donny! for your prompt call out to fix my power outage. He made and extra effort to come promptly so I could have the power back on before I had to go out, avoiding an after hours fee. I considered this very good service and it was kind of him. Donny was very polite and professional but friendly. Willing to explain the process and options to fix our problem, giving me the necessary information to help me make the right choice at the time and for future problems. The only thing I would suggest is that they make you aware before coming out of the minimal 1hour charge imposed(in the 15 minute blocks price), as I was not aware of this until payment and written on the invoice sent to me. I think this would go a long way for future customers to have all the necessary information in their choice of electrician. Regardless, I would have Donny tend to our electrical needs in the future, because workmanship and service is everything to me.
