  Couldn't ask for anything better. Jacob was police, respectful and on time. He called before arrival to make sure it was still fine to come around. Price wise is definitely more than fair for the job he does. I was expecting to pay much more than what he quoted over the phone. He hadn't seen the condition of the carpet, which was poor to say the least, but he stuck by his original quote and he has left it looking new. Thanks mate. Much appreciated.
