  Used their moving service last week for a 1 bedroom move, they charged me $1200!! Breakdown of communications from the very beginning has cost me 3 extra hours for the move! When I complained that they did not send the removalists with the right experience as discussed, their head of moving operations threatened to send the debt collectors on me when they've already charged my card in full!
