  I am extremely dissatisfied with this business, and unable to rate it with even half a star. I have clicked 1 star as it would not let me submit until I did. I hope that you do post this review to both the company and any other unsuspecting customers looking to use them, in the hope that I can save someone else from going through a terrible and totally unnecessary experience. I was booked in for a removal on the 25/11/15, it was a large move and we agreed to bring the 55 mtr truck, all was confirmed the night before, including entry info as it was a gated complex, I also agreed to having cash for the payment, as they preferred. 8am was the agreed time, so when they hadn't arrived by 11am I phoned to see where they might be, thinking that maybe they had a small job they had gone to early and were just running late, I could only leave a message at this stage, so waited for them to get back to me, still no contact after 1 hour, so i called again, 2 hours again etc, etc, by this time I really thought something major had happened, and if they would just get back to me (or get someone from the company to contact their customer) I thought we could reschedule for the next day. Anyway, after numerous phone calls and leaving urgent messages, I was totally ignored - the phone was picked up one time during all this, by a female in the office, who said that Shari was out of the office, but she would get her to call me when she got back in, plus she assured me she would call the driver and see if he could contact me - needless to say, I heard nothing at all and my further calls just went straight to message bank. By this time, it was too late in the day to contact anyone else, and even your office was closed for the day. You did contact me the next morning and said you would see what you could do, because I still thought something terrible must have happened, all I wanted was someone to get back to me so that I could make other arrangements. You could not contact them either and so we deduced this was not going to happen at all with this company. I had no choice then but to start on the hunt for someone to move me urgently, which was no mean feat as numerous companies I rang were already booked and many for at least another week ! Eventually I was able to secure someone, but was forced to take it on with a small truck (all that was available at such short notice) and we did it in 3 trips - an extra 6 hrs travelling time - therefore, the move ended up costing me an extra $12-$1,300 more than my original quote - not to mention the extra costs both ends because of the delay, and rescheduling everything from airline tickets to services for both properties. I am still most upset about this because it could have all been avoided with one simple phone call to advise me they could not make it, which would have given me the time to make other arrangements - I do understand things can happen, but to just ignore your customer with no regard to the circumstances you have created, is not acceptable.

  Awesome experience, after a few nightmares in the past with removalists WILBAS was amazing really went the extra mile. I'm a single mum and they worked around school pick ups and bothing i asked was an issue, highly reccomend
