1 ON 1 PERSONAL TRAINER SESSIONS I work in Sydney Park area and can help you improve your health and well-being. For my sessions I use a lot of TRX, cable system, resistance bands, kettlebells, ropes, Ybells, aquacore, body weight exercises and also some boxing sessions, a kind of circuit, HIIT or super sets workout.
