  Zara’s method of training really opened our eyes to how we wanted to be training our dog. We had ideas but our previous experience with dog training left us a bit lacking in how to implement them. Zara set us and our puppy up for success and made those difficult puppy moments so much easier. We have a herding breed and so our little one had no idea what the concept of relaxing was. Without Zara we wouldn’t have been able to enjoy our little rascal’s puppy stage as much as we have or bond with her as deeply as we have. Definitely minimised those “puppy blues” and saved our furniture! Now that our pup is a bit older and we face new challenges such as starting her on sheep we can be mindful of how we’re training her and work with her to positively shape her mind in a way that maximises both our pup’s welfare and that of the sheep. We find it so much more rewarding and enjoyable than traditional training methods and cannot recommend Zara enough for teaching us and showing us how to really enjoy the training process!

  Zara is the best in her area of work. She is very knowledgeable, patient and kind and she knows how deal with any situations with dogs to get the best result. Her method is friendly with zero punishment to promote the calmness for dogs. I strongly recommend her.

  Love Zara’s work with dogs. She volunteers to help our rescue organisation with workshops and online help to solve those difficult cases. Highly recommend Zara to anyone needing some help with poochies.

  Positive training methods that are fun, easy and most importantly they work. Zara is amazing. She has provided the tools that I needed to reprogram my naughty but nice highly reactive dog. Stop thinking about it and just do it. You and your dog will learn a new way of seeing the world, build a stronger relationship and have fun doing it.

• I use science based methods to help your dog with their struggles, my methods are force and fear free, no punishment, only fun games.

• I am a member of APDT Australia, a certified Pro Dog Trainer and a Minddog trainer who is an advocate for dog mental health.

• I offer in person training as well as online which is not only more affordable but also sometimes is a better option for fearful dogs.

• I believe the relationship between you and your dog is the most important aspect in training and by using games we can easily achieve that.
