All my customers have different backgrounds and different businesses. Each journey is memorable in it's own way. One of my favourite is Minigarb as they are fun mum's with a unique business.

I love the diversity and working with other passionate business owners. There is nothing more satisfying than watching a business grow and feel that I have been a part of the process.

Pictures tell a thousand words, so I would suggest requesting to see a portfolio. There is also nothing like a referral from someone who has previously used their services.

Not only are our websites 'wonderful' they are also affordable. We realise that if you are starting a business or are already operating, you need to keep costs down. We honestly love being involved with small business and therefore hope to work with you to showcase your business to the world.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

There are a few things that will help us to provide an accurate quote. This may include:  * If it is an eCommerce site, approximately how many products do you have?  * Will you be needing help with writing content for your site?  * Would you like to be able to update the site yourself once it is completed? All our sites are CMS (Content Management Systems) and where required, we can provide detailed instructions for updating the site yourself.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Customers can save money before we start the work by:  1). Having information ready. This might include an electronic version of your logo, any content you would like on your site and a preferred domain name.  2). Let us know if there is any style of site that you prefer.   3). Provide a time frame that you would like to work towards. If you have a deadline we will put 100% into reaching that target.

What makes your pricing competitive?

We don't want businesses to be hit with any hidden fees. This is why we quote up front and keep the client up to date with progress. Our quotes are realistic and achievable.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

We charge an hourly fee of $80 for web development. Clients are provided with an estimate of how long a job will take. The client will then be given progress reports throughout and will also have the ability to comment along the way.  We also have some set fees, which includes $260 for a logo (including up to 6 options and one set of revisions), $24 for domain name registration for 2 year period and website hosting starting at $144 for 2 years.

We specialise in helping small businesses market their business. This includes websites, online marketing, social media, video production, advertising and graphic design.

We have a team of developers that have all the skills required. Our web developers and graphic designers are trained in HTML5, CSS, Javascript, PHP, Wordpress, eCommerce, Photoshop, Ilustrator, InDesign, and much more.
