What I clearly asked for and actually got were, as the business title suggests 'Substantially' different. I asked for a spring clean with effectively vacating standards, I also asked for 2 people for 3 hours in a small 3 bedroom house. With those parameters in mind I do not expect one person to spend and hour and a half in bathroom 2 x 3 m which was already functionally clean. I do expect people to move items on benchtops etc and clean under them. I also expect that when I ask specifically for something to be done and I ask before they leave if it has and they reply "Yes" (inside the fridge) that I don't find it has not after they have left. When I commented that there were still a number of tasks left to complete and only so much time left I don't expect it to be alluded to that I am a racist. Quite frankly, the work was slowly done (I've been a cleaner and had them work for me permanently with no issues) for a very, very average and basically poor outcome overall. I could not in all conscience or confidence recommend this business.Allen
