Contract included cleaning doors, glass doors were cleaned but not internal doors. Contract included cleaning inside cupboards and drawers. If it was done, not done very well. Rust stains on bathroom vinyl floor not removed. I also had to go over parts of kitchen floor.04 Jun 2023
first I told you Marianne it's impossible to remove a rust or permanent stain ony surface we cleaners not stain and rust remover and I did clean your inside cupboard it's unfortunate any afford we made your rental property is too old and never been maintain as result it has detorated over many years and we can't turn an old property into a new by cleaning it. We also clean all your doors once again all have permanent unremoveble stain. Our business has served 18.000 customers since 20008, and you're only the first customer who complain and together you and I we inspected house and you said is fine looks clean.Pat G
