Turned up late. Didn't call or message. Didn't answer their phone... All our mattresses were dirty. Didn't tell us the method of payment and demanded direct payment to their account or cash after the job completed. Be careful dealing with this company.19 Apr 2021
Hi Hung! We turned up late because our driver called in sick and we took one hour to find another one available. Sorry for that! Payment method we spoke on the phone and you even paid the booking fee in advance by bank transfer... although we are sorry again if it was not very clear to you over the phone.
