  Yes our business is fully insured which will ensure we can repair or replace any carpet that my become damaged due to our service. We guarantee our service so if you have a a problem with your carpets after we have cleaned them that is of our fault we will return to clean them again for free.

  We strive to make sure all of our customers are fully satisfied with the cleaning of their carpets. If they are not fully satisfied and as long as the problem is of our fault, we will happily return to clean the area of carpet you are not happy with for free.
