We have a 10million Public Liability Cover. WorkCover for employees. We guarantee customer satisfaction, and appreciate feedback to ensure our high standard's are maintained.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

The family business was always trees and horticulture. I was exposed from a young age. It was just meant to be! After getting qualified and working with some of the largest companies in Melbourne; I decided to incorporate the best practices I learnt into building Yarra Tree Services.  We aim to develop our exposure and size but to never change our focus with top quality service at fantastic value.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

So many fantastic customers. Couldn't possibly pick one out of the bunch. From large complicated removals, small pruning tasks, firewood, mulch deliveries and arborist reports.  I think the fellas would agree though. Some customers make great cakes for morning tea and definitely the most enjoyable ;) but certainly not an expectation!

What do you like most about your job?

I really enjoy the diverse customers we have the pleasure of getting to know everyday. We work in a challenging environment; but the diversity of jobs/ locations too, makes every day varied, and therefore never dull and boring!

When can we do the job?  --- We will endeavour to fit works into your and our schedule when suitable. We work overtime to ensure works are completed on schedule, to our high standards.

We provide an honest service and try to build a personable relationship with all customers. Our staff are all very hard working, trustworthy, and it is something we care passionately about.

When on site we check all aspects like permit restrictions, as best as we can. However, if a customer has already completed these tasks works can be completed earlier generally.

If a worksite is easy to get to and access is clear, it makes our tasks a lot simpler. If works are simpler for us we can obviously discount the cost of being on site, as it further streamlines our tasks.

We have lower overheads than some of the big companies, due to our limited advertising, and our ability to block works together; to ensure our job processes are streamlined.

At Yarra Tree Services we can provide our services through a free onsite estimate, no obligation. Or by having us on site at an agreed hourly rate. Our focus is always to ensure we have a happy customer so you can be rest assured you will be left satisfied with our works completion.

At Yarra Tree Services we especially take enjoyment out of working with customers who have a great sense of pride in their gardens.  We specialise in delicate pruning tasks and tree removals.
