As former managers, we always enjoyed variety in our work and that every day was different. We enjoyed providing support and advice to our employers and decided that if we formed a company we could share our business knowledge and assist many different businesses to succeed and grow.

The opportunity to work across different industries, with different people, and to assist them to improve and grow their businesses. The constant variety and challenges means there is never a dull moment!

Good quality service can be hard to find; our number one goal is to provide a quality service at an affordable price. Our customers are important to us, and we will go above and beyond to ensure that they are satisfied with the work we provide and assistance they receive.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Our hourly rate is $49.50 + GST for bookkeeping services and $60 + GST for training and higher level consultancy. For us to provide a quote we would need to know the type and volume of work you would require from us; typically we prefer to meet with you and discuss the details of the job to assist in providing an estimate. Please note that we charge per hour, as opposed to quoting a fixed rate per job.

What makes your pricing competitive?

We have experience in a number of fields including book-keeping & accounting, IT, marketing, HR and business development. There aren't too many businesses around that can offer an all round business service in the one place, and compared to other providers in these fields, our hourly rate is quite competitive. Don't forget; you don't have to use all of our services - we can tailor a package to suit you and your business.

How do you normally charge for your service?

There are no hidden fees with our work and we provide an itemised invoice weekly. For new potential clients we offer a free, no obligation consultation so that we can discuss your business needs and any ways in which we could assist you.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

We are former Operations and General Managers and therefore we know what is required for a business to run effectively and efficiently. Between us we have a degree in accounting, a diploma of frontline management and we are recognised as Silver Xero Partners. We are also registered BAS Agents and are committed to ongoing training to stay up to date in our fields. In addition to this we have years of on the job experience working in the industries of retail, manufacturing, wholesalers and publishing.
