I am a male authorised Civil Marriage Celebrant and orchestrate and conduct Weddings ( and other ) Ceremonies with the assistance of my delightful wife. We offer a very competitive service to our clients. How do we operate ? We operate out of Eastern Heights in Ipswich. We arrange to have an Initial Meeting with you both to discuss the legalities and determine what your expectations are. From that meeting, we develop a Draft Wedding Ceremony Script that we interpret as being what you want out of the Ceremony. We send that to you both to visualize each phase of the Ceremony – and make any changes that you want to make. You send that back to us to check for legalities and workability – then send that back to you for final approval. We then conduct a rehearsal of the Ceremony with all participants that can attend – normally in the week leading up to the Wedding Day. We then conduct the Wedding Ceremony on the day and complete all of the required legalities and documentation to register your Marriage. We charge a realistic and affordable Flat Fee ( no additional charges ) for a Wedding and that includes: • An Initial Meeting to compile the necessary documentation and to discuss the actual Wedding Ceremony, • Research and preparation of Ceremony Script, • Regular communication ( e-mail and phone ) to discuss requirements and changes to the ceremonial plan, • A Rehearsal for the Ceremony, • Conduct of the Ceremony on your Wedding Day, • Lodgement of all legal documents, • Assistance in applying for your official Marriage Certificate, • Provision of PA System for music and microphones to allow your guests hear the ceremony and your vows, and • Provision of advice on Symbolic Rituals for the Ceremony and / or inclusion of children in the Ceremony ( if required ). Our ceremonies run for approximately 20 - 25 minutes and can include a number of things that we choreograph in that makes it more memorable for you and your guests. Each Wedding takes around 20 hours to prepare, rehearse and conduct along with completing all of the legalities. Notes: There is no need to pay us a deposit. We don’t expect any payment until the month of the actual wedding. We do not charge you GST. Gold Rose Promotion # 2 Our Gold Rose Promotion is for the period 1st November 2018 to 30th April 2019. Any couple that make a booking with us to be their Celebrant at Wedding Ceremonies, Reaffirmation / Renewal of Vows Ceremonies and Commitment Ceremonies will go into the draw to win either $ 1,000 First Prize, $ 500 Second Prize or $ 250 Third Prize. The booking must be for new bookings and made during the period 1st November 2018 to 30th April 2019. However, the Ceremony can be conducted on any date between 1st December 2018 and 30th June 2020.
