How did you decide to get into your line of work?
I found a niche for businesses that need a website to be able to get that website for a decent, reasonable price. We provide business websites that rock and are 100% HTML5, CSS3 & Schema.org compliant (Just like Google wants them to be) for a mere fraction of the usual cost. We then train the client on how to run their own business website. This saves them money and cuts the ties to be reliant on a Web Dude, by constantly forking out dollars and having to wait till that web guy responds and does the job they wanted. If we can help businesses become self reliant and Internet savy, then we're doing a good job.

What do you like most about your job?
Helping people in general, advising them and seeing their faces light up when they learn they don't have to put up with getting a low standard of design marketing solutions for their online business. Also, handing over the keys, so to speak, to their new website to login and start adding content to.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
Generally I need to know if you have a domain name (www.something.com / .au / .net etc.)? Do you have a budget? Do you have a Hosting Company available for your website? Also, when would you like my services to begin?

I have been designing, developing & web marketing businesses extensively since 1996. I have seen & monitored every change in SEO, SEM, Web Design & Social Media networking. I'm a qualified IV Business Consultant.

How do you normally charge for your service?
Depends on what the brief requires. Usually I'll quote for a standard 4 to 5 page Web Design or larger site (6 to 14 pages) or eCommerce site setup & implementation. Marketing advice starts at $250 depending on sessions required. Oneshare customers get 30 minutes free consultation.

Are there any special offers you would like to offer to Oneflare customers?
Yes first consultation is free to Oneflare customers. This consultation would be via phone or Skype and would not be for more than 30 minutes. The consultation would be completely online.

Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
My business doesn't require insurance as it's completely an online concern. I'm already covered by 3rd party insurance if I have to travel to a client, which I do when necessary. I guarantee my work for 100% customer satisfaction.

What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?
How long will this take? As long as is necessary to achieve the goals. Do I need a Hosting Company? No, I'll supply Hosting free for the first year. Do I need a domain name? Yes, I can get you one of those. How many email addresses can I have? As many do you want.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?
Prolash or Professional Lash (http://professionallash.net) wanted to start an eCommerce eye-lash extension business. Everyone said, "No, It won't work" as people do sometimes. I said (After researching) "Yes, Great idea, it'll work". It does and is, growing, growing .... ;-)

Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?
Because of the quality of services I deliver. Web design for instance, I deliver a site as per customer draft to the tee, I also hand over the keys as it were to the customer so they own & run their business without the "What Do I Do" money drain.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips
To save money a customer should 1. Have a real and final idea of what they want their web site to look like. 2. They should also have all content ready to go. 3. They should have a name, description & 2-4 keywords to detail their business services or products.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?
I specialise in Marketing Analysis of businesses. I go over a business website in fine detail discovering issues, problems and reasons why the site is not performing up to expectations. I'll then create a solutions based report defining KPI's with researched common sense solutions.

What makes your pricing competitive?
ZAAAX Design pricing is focused on small to large business paying an agreeable fee once. This means their business website won't keep costing bucks. No money drip feed. We want you, the business owner / director to be able to login, upload, change, edit, sort and generally run your own site. Value!

A customer should ask 1. Does this Web Design quote include domain hosting? 2. Does the quote include web design build SEO? 3. Does the web design quote include adding a Admin Login for the client? We, ZAAAX Design, include these items into all our web design builds, right from the word go.

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?
I've been website designing for close to 20 years, yes, 20 years, I started in 1996, so what I don't know about websites for business is not worth knowing. I'm absolutely honest, which at times can be a tad too honest, however, this makes me the most reliable person who won't leave you stranded.
