  n response to the recent review concerning Zeropest Australia, it's disheartening to encounter such a situation that leaves us shaking our heads in dismay. Allow me to address the circumstances surrounding Mr. Reza's appointment for a timber pest pre-purchase inspection. While it's true that no service or charge was rendered to Mr. Reza, a sincere effort was made on our part to fulfill the appointment that was scheduled. As per Mr. Reza's instructions, we were directed to coordinate entry to the property through his nominated real estate agent. Our team arrived promptly at the designated time and location, fully prepared to conduct the inspection. Regrettably, upon arrival at the real estate agency, we were informed that the tenant was unwilling to grant access to the property, despite our best efforts to negotiate with both the tenant and the agent. This unforeseen circumstance resulted in a significant loss for Zeropest Australia, including the time spent traveling to and from the location, as well as the time invested in attempting to resolve the issue. At Zeropest Australia, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
