Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

My favourite story is of a beautiful home in Cabarita beach NSW, on the inspection I found a large trail of termites in a sandy subfloor in a tree trunk and in pieces of timber leading to the basement garage then leading up into a bathroom leaking tap just under a beautiful decking which would have cost thousands to replace, using thermal cameras and getting dirty checking every area of the subfloor made it possible to detect and treat the massive trail on 10 meters of termites. Most firms have gone in cheap and rushed the inspection and would have missed the trail, ever since then we have managed many more properties and for that client and have been referred to more friends and now have new clients which recommend us also.
