  Always ask your potential trainer what ratio of male and female clients they have. A good trainer will have a balanced client base of male and female clients. This shows the trainer is diverse and has range, which equals experience and fitness knoweldge that will cater for both genders.

  I am very attentive to the fine details and my coaching style is engaging, constructive and well planned. I also have certifications to provide you with correct advice on Nutrition for Exercise and Sport, as well as Weight Management. I also operate out of a fully equiped Health Club facility with the added option of mobile and outdoor training available under my brand Zynam 7.
