My rental property toilet set pipes and floor were malicious damaged by the tenant (the floor was being put into the water for a long time and causing the timber floor decay, and force to move the toilet seat sinked the floor. Now the tenant has been evicted by the Sheriff. 
Could you please provide me with a formal written quote for this area timber floor replacement (about 5 square meters) and fix the toilet set? Once I receive your quote, I will forward it to my insurance and confirm a suitable time for you to carry out the work.
